Responsibilities:


  • Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client needs and to promote the company brand.
  • Using the company system to input and update both individual, company and transport records.
  • Quality checking documents and reports.
  • Archiving, filing, photocopying and scanning.
  • Any further general administration tasks and adhoc duties as required by the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is desired however not a requirement for this role as full in office training will be provided.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Self motivated and driven to carry out all duties to a high standard.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, and to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.

Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year
