Lead the roll-out of a disruptive electrical vehicle (EV) charging start-up as the Bristol-based Installation Manager at Tetra (a new business within Kuba Pay).

Most EV owners charge while at rest: at home or at destination (e.g. supermarket car parks), but the scarce supply and unreliability of charging points often leads to poor user experience. Tetra has developed a game-changing EV charger that will revolutionise the charging industry. We'll share our patent-pending USPs with you on interview.


As a start-up within an established group (Tetra is part of ICM Mobility Group - global leader in public transport technology), Tetra has the technology, financial backing, and an advisory board of industry experts, to change the market.


We're looking for an experienced individual to lead the roll-out of Tetra's EV charging points, build the business in the UK and beyond, and stamp their mark on the future EV transport network.

Requirements:

As our Partnerships and Public Sector Sales colleague, you will report directly to the head of the project and be responsible for:
Launch the partnerships and public sector sales part of our business
Build the prospect list of organisations whose needs align with our product
Own and manage the sales funnel of potential customers
Accountable for keeping our customers happy
Generate a wide pool of relationships within the public sector space and EV industry
Advise customers on the product that best suits their needs (even if that isn't our product)
Build partnerships with businesses to generate value for both sides (resellers, installers, electricians, energy companies)
Build and deliver the process to advise customers on what grants are available to them and how to manage the process

Who you are


We're on the hunt for an ambitious EV enthusiast looking to take a step up and assume responsibility for strategic planning.

We want a relationship-builder who is willing to roll their sleeves up to tackle day-to-day installation tasks while also driving the big picture and delivering operational excellence.

Ideally, you will have

Determination to build and launch a challenger business, taking on established players and transforming a growing industry.
Experience in the EV charger business
Knowledge of navigating the public sector sales process
Experience building and delivering pitches, and supporting prospects through the sales process
Built partnerships with businesses, generating value on both sides
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various audiences and work collaboratively with other teams across the business (i.e. Marketing and Product)
A high level of autonomy and accountability
