A service organisation based in central Bristol (offering hybrid working) is currently recruiting a Financial Administrator to join their team.


Working within a large finance team for a business that has enjoyed much recent growth, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.


Duties will include:

  • Liaison with managers and budget holders regarding purchase order commitments
  • Preparing VAT returns for Head Office
  • Collation and processing of sales quotations for all project variations
  • Perform credit control function for Project and Head Office companies
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Processing suppler invoices
  • Statement reconciliations
