Job description

Head of Property for the Gerrards Cross office is looking for an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join her on a permanent basis.

The role has arisen due to expansion and is available to start immediately, based in Gerrards Cross.

You will be provide full paralegal support to the Solicitor on her case loads of matters across sales, purchase, remortgage, new build, leasehold and freehold.

You will be supported and offered solid routes for progression and development.

• Must possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a residential property role (essential).
• Have experience dealing with residential property clients face to face or over the phone.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Have the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Live within a commutable distance of Luton, this is not a remote working position, you will be working from the office.
