We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our busy team.

They should be able to use their own initiative but also work as part of a team.


The post holder will be working in a busy Endoscopy booking office and will be required to fulfil a range of administrative duties to ensure the efficient running of the Endoscopy service for the Medical and Surgical specialities.

Shift Pattern

  • Monday-Sunday

Main duties will include

  • Reception duties including meeting and greeting patients
  • Checkingin patients for appointments and ensuring all relevant paperwork is available
  • Sending out correspondence letters for appointments
  • Working within the clerical team in the Endoscopy Unit at Arrowe Park Hospital
