With previous experience of a demanding customer service environment, you will be fully at home satisfying the need of exacting clients.

In particular, you will be;
- responding to customer enquiries, processing orders, resolving problems, offering advice and handling customer complaints to a successful resolution. Moreover, you will be expected to open new accounts professionally and courteously, ensure customers are kept informed as to the progress of their orders, as well as maintaining accurate customer records.


The ability to swiftly absorb the complexities of the Company's product range and engage with customers effectively in order to create a positive customer experience, are both paramount.


With previous customer service experience associated with premium brands, you will understand the importance of demonstrating customer service excellence and a "can-do" customer orientation.

An excellent communicator, you will be well organised and methodical, with a good eye for detail.
