People Partner - Durrington (Hybrid) - 12 months FTC - £50,000 - £60,000 DOE

ARM are delighted to be hiring for a People Partner to join one of our clients based in West Sussex on a 12 month basis.

Requirements

Experience in Transformation & Change Management
Managed Transformation projects including consultation management and driving business change.
Commercially cognisant & Strong senior stakeholder engagement
Experience in strategically operating in a senior partnering people role with the confidence to engage and influence at senior level.

Responsibilities:

Specialist in transformation facilitation, ensuring change objectives are met.
Coach, influence, guide and constructively challenge people managers and leaders to ensure strong people performance.
Partner with leaders to identify talent, strategic resourcing, and capability requirements in line with the longerterm people needs of the organisation.
Generating insight from data and evidence.
