Looking for a Head Chef to take part in a exciting new opportunity for the next 10 months, catering for a large school celebration event.
Job Outline:
Food Preparation in all sections, menu planning, costing and food ordering.
Stocktaking, management of kitchen staff, supervision of food service counter.
Accurate recording of temperatures, etc according to unit manual, ensure all legislation is adhered to at all times.
Management of kitchen hygiene and correct food storage.
Experience:
Catering Management Experience
2+ years of relevant experience
Qualifications:
- Basic Food Hygiene
- Awareness of COSHH
- 706/1, 706/2 or NVQ equivalent
