- role at Wild Bank Community School, Stalybridge.

  • To start: 30th October 2023 (or earlier if available and all checks complete) until 31st August 202
  • Our Trust's vision is to support young people to develop the aspiration, motivation and to be successful; we have high ambitions for all young people in our academies and all roles at our Academy are central to ensuring that we work to support this.
  • The purpose of the role is to assist the children during lunchtime and to provide playground support and supervision, including basic medical care and reporting where necessary. You will be working both inside and outside the school building and you will need to be able to work independently using initiative and as part of a team, enjoy working with children and demonstrate organisation, flexibility, patience and understanding. You will need to be able to communicate clearly with, and relate positively to, all members of staff and pupils. Part of this role is to read with individual children for 30 minutes each day

  • The Midday Assistant role is Part time 7.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 12pm to1:30pm, Term Time only in a Temporary role 30th October 2023 until 31st August 2024 with an actual salary of £3,595£3,628 (TMBC Grade A, Points 12).
