Description

Successfully trading for over 44 years Universal Fabrications provides Metal Fabrication & Machining services to the Automotive, Aviation, Construction, Defence and Specialised Vehicle sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as day to day support for all company finance related matters
  • Ensure all company financial controls are administered and adhered to
  • Assist in the production of Financial Reports
  • Produce supplier purchase orders, goods receipt and process invoices
  • Support in the production of Debtor statements
  • Validate all financial transactions prior to payment
  • Support Payroll in line with contractual pay dates
  • Correctly administer financial entries using the SAGE system
  • Any other administrative duties are directed by the Manager

Key Skills & Experience

  • Accounting background with over 2 years of experience
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Intermediate Level Excel
  • Working Knowledge of SAGE
  • Proactive & Positive Mindset
  • Target Orientated
  • Proven track record of delivering results

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
