'''Duties'''- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director
- Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking using QuickBooks
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Proven experience in administrative or personal assistant roles
- Proficiency in data entry and using software such as QuickBooks
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
