About The Role:


As a Customer Service Advisor in our Safety Services business, you will become an integral part of our team by communicating with our existing and potential customers every day.

You'll play a huge part in helping us grow as a business, by utilising your experience to deliver word class customer service to everyone you come in to contact with


Key responsibilities include:

  • Process the customer certificates in line with SLA's.
  • Work alongside the Awarding Organisation's SLA's for submissions, to ensure that course notifications, results and uploads are accurate and within timeframes
  • Scan all course paperwork and save in the relevant areas.
  • Record the incoming and outgoing of certification.
  • Record certificate numbers within the CRM and update the delegate record.
  • Assist with audits and prepare samples.
  • Proactively supporting the delivery of an enhanced customer experience by providing customers with updates on any delays, issues and escalations in regards to certification.
  • Assisting with the production of reports and any other information requested by our customers.

About you

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have/be:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • A proven track record of combining outstanding customer service with a real commercial awareness and understanding of its impact on the business
  • Instinctive ability to manage customer expectations and the adaptability and creativity to think on your feet
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills (CRM proficient is desirable)
  • A positive, cando attitude
