Responsibilities:


  • Ongoing quality control visits of the units under management, including furnishing upgrades, cleaning and maintenance checks, with formal reports after each visit
  • Build internal local and international relationships with Sales, Operations, Product and Owner Success
  • Liaising with our Housekeepers via in person meetings, calls and chat
  • Daily feedback audits (including Guest and Owners) to ensure all points are addressed and actioned promptly with follow ups
  • Identifying service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
  • Troubleshooting and solving operational issues in the most efficient way, taking into account cost and ensuring guest and host satisfaction

Requirements for the job

  • A keen eye for detail is crucial
  • A people person, comfortable interacting with casual clients
  • Selfdriven, selfmotivated, team player, proactive a hustler
  • Ability to prioritise, structure and solve problems
  • Fluency in English is essential, with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst being calm and composed
  • Understand the value of customer satisfaction and put it at the heart of your work
  • Ability to travel multiple times a week within London and other UK locations adhoc
  • Experience within property management or interior design is desirable
