Working Hours: 37


Salary:
£22,330 - £25,870 pro rata (Term-Time + 3 weeks)

The college has an excellent permanent opportunity within our Student Services department for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering the very best experience to young people.

You will help support and guide student behaviour, whilst encouraging commitment and punctuality amongst our learners.


You will be responsible for promoting an optimal learning environment and acting as a deterrent to unsafe or unacceptable behaviour by monitoring designated areas.

In addition, you will be required to provide individual support to learners and signpost learners to the relevant support needs.


Please note this role will require going between both our Engineering MEC site, and Central St Michael's Sixth form, both of which are in walking distance from each other.

Sometime at Central Campus may also be required.


To be considered for this role you will ideally holding a First Aid at Work Certificate, or be prepared to complete one and demonstrate the ability to respond to incidents/ accidents when required.

You'll also have experience in a similar role and setting.

Finally, you'll possess recent and relevant experience of working within a team as well as the ability to demonstrate good communications skills with persons on all levels.
