What would I be doing day to day?

  • Job Title: Associate Researcher
  • Location: London / Hybrid (3 days in office)
  • Salary: £25,000 pa (expected earnings up to £40,000 for this position)

General responsibilities:


  • Developing a good understanding of clients, the industry and cultures
  • Supporting consultants with pitch documents, idea generation to attract talent, headhunting and screening to match the right person to vacancies.
  • Market mapping across countries i.e the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Europe

What is the company looking for?

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual who is excited about Executive Search as a career.
  • 2:1 from a recognised university is preferred
  • Minimum 6 months' work experience in a relevant financial role, Research or sales position.
  • Exposure to Financial Services is desirable
  • Strong worth ethic, communication skills and a selfstarter
  • Commercially minded, ambitious, entrepreneurial and driven
  • A champion of positive workplace culture, collaboration and supporting a small business
  • Arabic speaker is preferred
