£20,000 Basic, £40,000+ OTE 1st Year

Are you LLB, LLM or LPC qualified and interested in becoming a high performing Legal Recruitment Professional?

My client is currently enlarging its Legal Recruitment team in there Manchester Office and is looking to hire a Junior Legal Recruitment Consultant, who with LLB, LLM or LPC, who would like to pursue a career in Recruitment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

A key focus on developing and managing an active pipeline to meet business targets with the ability to manage multiple roles across disciplines and locations, plus have a strategic understanding of your client's needs and objectives for each individual hire.

Key Skills

You will have the ability to build rapport and provide an exceptional service to clients, you will be highly organised, professional, diligent and proactive, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
