We are working on behalf of one of our clients in the Stanley area who are looking for a Lab Runner to join their team.

This is a full time temporary to permanent position with rotating shifts of 6.00am-2.00pm, 2.00pm-10.00pm, 10.00pm-6.00am, Monday to Friday, with overtime available


Duties of the role:

  • To assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures
  • Helping to ensure correct paperwork/security tags are on incoming deliveries prior to offload
  • Collecting samples on behalf of the Lab Analysts
  • Monitoring of storage
  • Ensuring product is acceptable for packaging
  • Assisting in the inspection of raw materials
  • Assisting with the laboratory testing
  • Quality control
  • Following a strict health and safety procedure

Essential Experience:

  • You must be over 18 years of age due to nature of work and shift patterns

Desirable Experience:

  • Own transport would be desirable due to location
  • Previous experience working in a Quality testing enviroment would be advantageous

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£11.02-£12.98 per hour
