This position is to join our innovative (PSS) programme as an employee of Eurofins. Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and innovative Clinical Supplies Operation Packaging Coordinator.
This is a new and exciting opportunity based at our client's facility, a world class Pharmaceutical based in Moreton.

We have an opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Packaging Coordinator assuring the compliant and timely delivery of clinical supplies to healthcare providers.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Primarily; Coordination, scheduling, planning and processing of internal packaging process orders and associated activities to meet client deadlines and facilitate the final release of clinical trial supplies.
  • Control and monitor production processes and equipment; resolve problems or correct abnormal conditions, conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate problems appropriately.
  • Participate in equipment validation and system user acceptance testing as required.
  • Complete and review electronic batch documentation, equipment log books and other documentation relevant to the production process for all stages of production for both product and labels.
  • Understand and follow the clients GMP related quality standards of relevant packaging, label authoring, printing, inspecting and logistics environments.
  • Understand the internal and external regulatory environment pertinent to clinical trials and pharmaceutical development and support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Understand blinding principles and conduct inprocess controls to maintain blinding integrity.

Qualifications:


  • Ability in maintaining accurate recordings of packaging orders and assuring compliance and full traceability of operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues driving collaboration.
  • Experience of delivering process improvement would be desirable.
  • Passionate about quality and customer service is essential.
