Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Bilingual/multilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,988.84 per year
