Position Available:
Workforce Supervisor - Insulation Department
We're currently recruiting a Workforce Supervisor to join our award-winning Insulation Department. If you excel in people management and thrive on guiding teams towards success, this role is tailor-made for you.

Responsibilities:


  • Organising and motivating installers/install teams on a daytoday basis.
  • Solving problems as they arise to ensure smooth operations.
  • Allocating installation tasks efficiently.
  • Monitoring performance and providing feedback to improve outcomes.
  • Conducting regular oneonone meetings with install teams/installers.
  • Tracking attendance, hours worked, and performance metrics.
  • Managing payroll diary and ensuring accuracy.
  • Compiling and delivering monthly reports.

Required Skills:


  • Strong people management abilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills to streamline operations effectively.
