Enterprise Research Centre (ERC) is funded by the Economic and Social Research Council, Department for Business and Trade, Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, Innovate UK, British Business Bank and the Intellectual Property Office. Established in 2013 it is now the UK's leading centre of excellence for research into the growth, innovation and productivity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our research helps shape better policies and practices that enable SMEs to thrive.
