Job Description:
Are you an
HR Advisor looking for a new challenge? Would you relish to the opportunity to support a geographically-dispersed team in a business which is undergoing a huge period of growth?
If so, our Regional People Advisor role could be perfect for you.
In this role, you'll be able to
provide commercial People advice to colleagues across our business - on everything from flexible working to absence management, the
full HR lifecycle You'll promote best practice and consistency in all people areas, and also have the opportunity to contribute to
People strategy and projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR (or related function) role with advisory elements
- Employee relations expertise including planning, managing, and risk mitigation of employment cases
- Thorough understanding of HR administration processes and employee lifecycle, with ability to work independently in the role
- Offer first class levels of customer service to all colleagues to ensure their queries and problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Be confident in providing solutions to colleague queries and problems, by listening and evaluating all possibilities before arriving at a final solution

Our office is based in Cheltenham but we're happy to offer remote working, as long as you're able to travel occasionally for meetings.
