My client in LS16 is looking for a Sales Team Leader to join their expanding team. You will be joining a company who is a market leader in their area. The company provides an alternative payment product for businesses.

My client is looking for a passionate money driven person who is capable of quality leadership through B2B sales and is confident in getting the best out of their team to create amazing relationships with new and existing clients.

What's in it for you?
Up to £28,300 starting salary
OTE £40k
Monday - Friday 8.45am-5.15pm
Early finish on Fridays 2.45pm

What you will be doing?
Leading a team of 10-12 sales agents
Develop your team to be the best it can be
Support the team and help them exceed targets
Allocate commission payments where necessary
Report and Analyse on Team performances and individual performances
Be an inspirational Leader
Continue to achieve Incredible results by delivering our Customer strategy
What you will need?
Experience of leading an outbound sales team
B2B sales experience
Fantastic people skills
Track record of successful staff management
