About The School
This Secondary School is a heavily oversubscribed mixed comprehensive secondary school between Leeds and Bradford.

The innovative and unique style of the school building creates a calm atmosphere very different to many secondary schools.

The school had a highly successful Ofsted inspection recently and was judged as good in all areas including the sixth form.

This school has recently started a complete redesign of their curriculum. This is an exciting three-year project.

The role would particularly suit someone who is thinking about a career in teaching or working towards this.

The role requires working under the guidance of teaching/senior staff within an agreed system of supervision, to implement work programmes with individual groups, in or out of the classroom.

There will be some involvement with the whole planning cycle to enable development of specialist knowledge in particular areas.

You will need to possess excellent inter-personal skills, be able to build effective working relationships with staff and students and have an adaptable and flexible approach to the needs of the students and school.
