MAN Commercial Protection are a looking for a Mobile Supervisor in the London area and surrounding county.

Average of 60 hours per week. The current position will consist of 80% night shifts and 20%day shifts.

Vehicle, uniform, and full training will be provided. UK Driving Licence essential.

With our Head Office and Training Academy based in Solihull, West Midlands, we employ Security Officers throughout the UK and specialise in security guarding, loss prevention, CCTV and keyholding services.


Applicants must be smart in appearance with a professional attitude, have excellent customer service skills, excellent punctuality & attendance, be observant, able to complete comprehensive incident reports, and have a drive to ensure the job is completed to the highest standards.


Role Responsibility:


  • To provide reliable support to our Operations Managers at various sites
  • To be mobile, happy to travel and have a flexible approach to work
  • Be confident in leading/supporting our existing staff
  • Write reports/ assignment instructions/site processes
  • Communicate well with Operations Director, Management and Control Room
  • A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • CCTV Licence advantageous but not essential
  • A full, clean UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in a supervising security role
  • Flexibility in regard to travel and shifts
  • Be wellpresented, reliable, security conscious, with good interpersonal skills
