Technical Advisor - Connectivity:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide Technical support for Connectivity.
Identify ways of streamlining Connectivity assistance.
Creating reports to understand Connectivity trends.
Identify areas where content is missing and liaise with the technologies and training team.
Ensure digital content is correct and easy to access.
Identify and enhance future customer communications.
Benchmark our digital content against industry leaders.
Promote a positive image of Vaillant Service to all customers and colleagues.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Excellent Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels.
Written and spoken communication skills to assist in development of digital content.
Desire to innovate, promote and develop future appliance connectivity and champion digitalisation.
Motivational with a positive outlook and the determination and passion to succeed.
The ability to offer and support new ideas in a continual changing business environment.
Organisational and planning skills to manage your time to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills with a desire to succeed.
Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce IT platform and business processes, including advanced level of PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Office.
Selfstarting with a positive outlook and determination and passion to succeed.
Demonstrate the aptitude to deliver an effective customer experience.
Project management skills to be able to work across departments to achieve business goals.
