  • Sales & Proposals for out dynamic UK team. In this exciting and multifaceted role, you'll champion our global sales and proposal development, foster strong client relationships, and provide efficient administrative support, driving our continued success.

Roles and Responsibilities:


Sales & Proposals:


  • Developing and implementing global sales strategies and initiatives backed up with market research.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation through various channels.
  • Leading and mentoring a highperforming sales team.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and addressing their concerns.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals that win projects.
  • Negotiating and closing deals.
  • Managing and exceeding sales targets and revenue targets on regular basis.
  • Providing ongoing support and training to the sales team.

Administration:


  • Managing project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinating travel and logistics for the projects.
  • Preparing and maintaining sales reports and presentations.
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Sales Department.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior sales or business development role, preferably within the filtration industry.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the filtration industry and its trends.
  • Experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Education:


  • Master's Degree / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
