Do you have Business Development Management or Business Support Partner experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in the West Midlands? Electricity North West is seeking a flexible, full-time Business Support Partner in Preston, and the role comes with an attractive salary of £36,310.32 and a benefits package.


As a Business Support Partner, you will provide efficient and proactive support in all these areas and respond to enquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

You will also actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to increase awareness of the services delivered and continually look for opportunities to maximise collaborative performance.

In your first few weeks in this business support role, you can expect to:

  • Manage contracts with our expert partners, who assist with our customer support in their respective fields of expertise
  • Ensure extra care is provided for vulnerable customers during a power outage
  • Maintain and grow the Extra Care Register
  • Provide help and advice to customers in fuel poverty
  • Ongoing vulnerability awareness training for all our staff and contractors.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects or activities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in office management and financial control
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate data
  • IT skills, including working knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
