RTC Resources Healthcare Agency have an exciting opportunity for experienced Healthcare assistants to work in a well-established Care and Nursing homes.

We have ongoing work available to suit your availability. Shift times will vary from long days to nights dependant on your availability.

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual who enjoys interacting with the elderly and assisting them with their day to day lives.

We can offer you a competitive rate. starting from £11.50

Healthcare assistant job description:

Updating patients' charts and daily notes to keep track of their progress
Listening to patients and providing them with relevant feedback and support
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed clothes.
Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients.
Accompany clients to medical appointments.
Observe, monitor and record clients' physical and emotional wellbeing, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.

As a Healthcare assistant you will need to hold the following requirements:

At least 6 months UK experience within a care home.
Right to work in the UK
Be able to provide x2 UK references covering the last 1 year's employment.
DBS In date
Mandatory training
BOTH COVID VACCINATIONS
