Are you looking for a Primary School Teaching Assistant position to support children? Have you had previous experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant?

You do not need previous experience within a school setting as a Primary School Teaching Assistant but you will have had previous experience with children in some capacity and must have a general understanding of what is required of you as a Primary School Teaching Assistant.

The School:

Was in the top 4% of schools in the country for its phonics results, and number 1 in Hillingdon for pupil progress in writing at Key Stage Two
Supports pupils in achieving well above local and national averages for progress across all key stages
Aim to provide a stimulating environment where early learning goals can be achieved and recorded through structured learning and play
Has a proven track record of success and is responsible for a dramatic upturn in academic achievement locally
Ensuring that every member of the community is valued and respected, always being treated in a manner that is appropriate

The Role:

Primary School Teaching Assistant working with children to support their learning and development
Preparing the classroom for lessons and tidying it up afterwards
Motivating and encouraging students to achieve their true potential
Support the teachers in different classes with preparing lessons and resources
Work across different classes potentially depending on what the school requires throughout the course of the school day

Requirements:

Available to work 8:30 to 4pm, Monday to Friday:

Previous experience working with children in a school or alternate setting
You ideally have previous experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant or at the minimum have recent experience with children in some capacity
Available full time for ideally long term contracts.

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
