We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Security Team Member to join our team at Lyons Sunnysands Holiday Park near Barmouth.

The Security Team member is guest obsessed, meets targets, follows standard operating procedures, drives continuous improvement and ensuring that every guest & Owner on our park has a great Lyons experience in a clean and safe environment.


Supported by the Security Team Manager, as a Security Team Member you are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests, owners and team and that all Health and Safety requirements are met.

You will hold a current SIA badge.


Business:


  • Providing an outstanding Security experience, ensuring service, quality and Consistency, within a clean and safe environment catering for all.
  • Ensuring all owners and guests know who to go to, and are given a warm welcome and a firstclass service allowing a truly memorable and positive Lyons experience.
  • Confidently deals with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy and understanding.
  • Reacts to Guest Feedback and works with the team to respond quickly to address areas for improvement
  • Achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators
  • Engaging and build relationships with owners on park and being highly visible and approachable on park.
  • Recognise dissatisfaction and deal with complaints speedily and with empathy empowering a problem resolving team, resulting in customer satisfaction and improvement to the overall guest experience.

  • Ensuring all areas of the Park are safe and secure and our guests, owners and team have a positive and memorable Lyons experience.

Team:


  • Work as part of the security team to deliver a safe and secure environment for our owners and guests.
  • Creating and supporting a 'sense of community' a real family spirit.
  • Have fun whilst working in a clean and inviting environment.
