Description
Palm Yorkshire require an experienced builder to join us on our existing and upcoming projects. Our work is based in Leeds and the position is for ongoing self employed basis.

The majority of the work that we require help with is within the social housing sector carrying out the following,

  • Full house repointing
  • Cavity clearing
  • Walling
  • Concreting
  • Flagging
  • Lintel replacements
You MUST have experience carrying out the above types of work.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to set out work without supervision
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Keeping to agreed timescales
  • Working within Health & Safety Guidelines
  • Building experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)
  • Must be able to provide evidence of work and/or references
Additional Information

  • Own transport and tools an advantage
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm on site time
  • Uniform Provided
  • Interview to be held within the next 2 weeks

Salary:
£500.00-£825.00 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

- building work: 2 years (preferred)
