Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls and handling client enquiries professionally
  • Making call-backs and following up on client leads
  • Responding to client messages, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Managing the daily appointment diary and coordinating practitioner schedules
  • Greeting clients on arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process
  • Taking payments and carrying out daily cash-up procedures
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring data confidentiality
  • Completing and updating Excel/Google Sheets for leads and reports
  • Providing information about treatments and assisting clients with bookings
  • Ensuring the reception area and client waiting areas are always presentable
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic
