SEN Behaviour Mentor

Location:
Reading, Berkshire (RG2)

We are looking to recruit a
confident,
strong and
resilient behaviour mentor for a special school based in Reading.

Your role will enable learners to build their confidence, overcome barriers to learning and progress to a positive next step in their lives.

This is a great opportunity for you to work closely with students within the local area to improve their experience at school and to help them reach their potential.

Experience/qualifications related to challenging behaviours
Strong behaviour management skills
A patient and understanding approach
The ability to encourage and motivate
Experience working with SEN/SEMH

Qualifications & Experience:

At Least 1 year of SEN Experience
Valid right to work in the UK.
Experience of working in relevant age group in learning environment.
An up to date Enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to obtain a new one.
