Description
My client in the Manvers area of Rotherham are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist Miller.

The role will working on XYZ Prototrak Lathe and Millerv


Responsibilities:


  • Set up and operate CNC lathe & milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating CNC lathe machines
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD software
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with hand tools, materials handling, and warehouse operations
  • Experience in fabricating, assembling, or welding is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Working Days (7am - 4pm)
