Business Manager and Coordinator for the CRO office, covering the following functions:

  • Support the CRO with the development and monitoring of business plans for Risk and Compliance with a focus on change management initiatives.
  • Assist with the reporting and oversight of strategic initiatives and key projects as determined by the CRO.
  • Manage interdependencies and coordination across Risk and Compliance projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitoredand evaluated.
  • Assist with budget management and resolving budgetary issues.
  • Work with Corporate Finance and People & Culture to develop appropriate management reports for the CRO.
  • Work with key stakeholders to drive effective assessment, management and communication of change impacts related to projects being managed.
  • Provide governance support to the CRO and the Senior Leadership Team e.g. defining operational cadence, agenda and coordinate/preparing content, discuss business planning, talent management, goal setting, performance reviews, global communications, townhalls,etc.
  • Assist the CRO in drafting management reports and presentations as determined by the CRO.
  • Attend meetings representing the CRO office and provide management support to the CRO office.
  • Support the Head of Europe and the European Leadership team in the identification, development, implementation, and communication of European initiatives related to culture across the region.
  • Provide governance support to the Head of Europe and the European Leadership team with the various governance requirements e.g. defining the agenda, coordinating reporting, participation, monitoring actions/deliverables etc.
  • Support the Head of Europe to translate the regional context, in collaboration with the European Leadership and the European Strategy Program
  • Support the Head of Europe to identify, manage and coordinate interdependencies between the regional business
  • Support the Head of Europe and the European Leadership team to ensure the level of delegations to the regional functional leads remains appropriate to balance effective control and global consistency with necessary decisionmaking agility, and making recommendationsto business unit heads.
