Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers, assessing their needs to provide the best electric motorcycle rental options.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, explaining how to operate the electric motorcycles safely and efficiently.
- Process rental agreements and payments, providing detailed information on rental rates, policies, and available electric motorcycles.
- Offer additional products and services such as motorcycle clothing, phone holder and helmets.
- Clearly outline and explain final charges to customers, ensuring they understand and collect rental agreement receipt signatures.
- Maintain accurate records, complete paperwork, and handle customer calls regarding account and vehicle issues.
- Inspect electric motorcycles for any damages or issues upon return, documenting them accurately and assessing any necessary charges.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the rental station, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that safety and security protocols are followed at all times to guarantee the wellbeing of our riders.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Additional fluency in other languages preferred, such as Portuguese & Hindi.
- Prior sales or customer service experience, particularly in the rental, retail, or hospitality sectors preferred.
- Possession of a provisional driver's license with Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) preferred
- Will be provided if needed.
- Proven proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
- A teamoriented approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks and perform well in a fastpaced setting.
- A friendly, upbeat, and proactive attitude, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Job Types:

Pay:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
