IVA Drafter

Cheadle, Stockport

£25,000 to £27,000 D.O.E
  • OTE £35,000

My Client is a well-established financial solutions provider. They are looking to recruit experienced IVA Drafters to join our busy office in Cheadle, Stockport.

They provide ethical and customer focused financial management plans and insolvency products.


Essential skills:


  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Time keeping
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous IVA Drafting Experience
  • Previous Collections Experience

Desirable knowledge:


  • Up to date knowledge of voting house/creditors' requirements to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Day to day duties and responsibilities:

  • Completing a full review of each case received from the IVA Processing team.
  • Ensuring all documents and information provided by the customer meets the Insolvency Practitioner's rules and expectations.
  • Ensuring the customers documentation is saved in the correct locations.
  • Checking property valuations and land registry documents
  • Liaising with customers to obtain any missing information or documents required to complete the file
  • Completing SIP call with customers, including the input of relevant information into the system.
  • Ensuring the SOA and EOS are accurate.
  • Draft proposal for approval by IP and customer

What we offer:

- £25,000 - £27,000 basic, D.O.E
  • OTE £35,000
