Our international non-profit client puts people at heart of everything they do and offer a genuinely fun & dynamic place to work.

They're looking for skilled Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their UK marketing strategy.


You'll focus on designing and implementing the global digital marketing strategy to maximise reach, action, conversions, and engagement across the organisation's digital portfolio.


Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities

  • Establish, drive, and manage a coherent integrated global digital marketing strategy, using the full mix of digital acquisition techniques
  • PPC / search, display / programmatic, affiliates / partners and social media channels (paid and organic).
  • Manage the social media team to ensure marketing activities to build the brand's online community, engagement, and income streams.
  • Ensure the social media team manage content marketing calendars inline with organisationwide campaigns.
  • Devise, implement and monitor compliance of the organisational wide social media policy.
  • Implement digital marketing channel strategies / plans including budgeting for PPC, display, programmatic, video marketing, social media, and other paid campaigns, and support the external agency.
  • Plan workload for campaigns, including the briefing of collateral required for all digital marketing.
  • Create and build digital campaigns, managing online budgets accordingly, along with identifying online demographics to target.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign progress regularly and produce reports during and after campaigns.
  • Manage the overall budget for Digital Marketing, working closely with thirdparties, agencies or consultants when required.

Digital Marketing Manager requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Experience of managing relationships with, or working for, a digital/marketing agency.
  • Experience of using analytics and monitoring tools to report on complex qualitative and quantitative data, with the ability to analyse and present information, compile reports, and make informed recommendations.
  • MS Office Suite.
  • Social media tools, including Hootsuite, Tweet deck, Sprout Social.
  • Experience of using Google Analytics, AdWords, Double Click, Facebook Business Manager and Bing Ads.
  • Digital / Marketing related degree.
  • Relevant professional qualification CIM desirable.
