Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries over the phone.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional support as needed

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
From £24,791.99 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
