Passenger Assistants required for SEN TransportTerm Time required with additional work available during half terms.
Work Is split shifts, and start and finish times could vary. Example Could be 7.30am till 9am and 3pm to 4.30pm With similar variations to that affect

- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from vehicles
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit
- Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities, including wheelchair users
- Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor with an understanding of SEN
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and provide clear instructions
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Physical ability to assist passengers with luggage or mobility devices, including passengers in wheelchairs
