Process and Application Specialist (Syspro/ERP)


Hybrid working 3 days office and 2 days home

As a Process & Application Specialist, there is great opportunity and variety in activities day to day, all the while keeping our business priorities digitalisation, customer centricity and sustainability at the heart of what you do.

The purpose of the role is to support in key business areas such as:

  • Translating various business related demands into technical IT language processes
  • Estimating and managing development work together with our partners and providing real time reporting on progress
  • Constructively challenging users, customers & stakeholders to clarify needs & solutions
  • Contributing to development and implementation of the global IT strategy including digital vision and digital technology innovation roadmap

What you'll get

What you'll need

  • University Degree in relevant Computer Science/Information Technology or similar field
  • Demonstrable experience in operating ERP systems (preferably Syspro) in a production environment
  • Knowledge of agile development and DevOps methods including endtoend Software Delivery Lifecycle
  • Ability to gain understanding of customers' business processes and unmet needs, while also managing expectations and scope of projects
