To be responsible for operational line management of all SOAMHS & Dementia services in a defined area, (HWL&H or Eastbourne or Hastings).


This includes line management responsibility for:
Inpatient (integrated or dementia wards)

SOAMHS & Dementia community services


This post has lead accountability for the delivery of objectives outlined below and included within the area of 'patient experience'.

Promote and deliver the Modern Matron (MM) agenda, as defined by the Department of Health.
