2 Sisters Food Group are recruiting for an experienced, diligent, and detail focused HR Systems Specialist to support with several new projects.

We employ over 13,500 staff across 18 sites in the UK and this Paralegal role will pay a crucial part in supporting them.


About the Role:


Reporting into the Senior HR Systems Specialist, this role will play a key role in managing the day-to-day administration for a wide range of HR systems and initiatives, offering exposure to numerous areas of the business and a chance to support end users and HR teams across our sites.


This HR Systems Specialist role will be accountable for the maintenance of all systems admin functionality, working with a wide range of T&A, ATS and payroll systems.

This role will be integral in supporting our new starter set up processes for induction training for HR, managers and employees alongside our performance and compensation systems.


Alongside the management of our systems the HR Systems Specialist will also be tasked with supporting users throughout the group.

Strong communication skills are a must as well as the ability to manage a busy workload.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside various leaders within the business and will suit someone who enjoys mentoring and training teams.

Data Management is a strong focus of this position.

Duties will include mass data changes, manual import, and export of employee data for all modules and auditing Site data to monitor inaccuracies and missing data.

A keen analytical mind and familiarity with data focused work will therefore be essential.


About You:


To excel in this HR Systems Specialist role, you will ideally come from a HRIS background or understand HR systems and implementation.

A background in manufacturing would be useful but not essential and familiarity in a large-scale organization with multiple users and teams would also help.


Data management will be central to the position and therefore familiarity with managing, delivering, and interpreting data will be key.

You will also need to have strong administrative and time management skills and be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at various levels.


While this is predominantly a remote position, you will need to travel to our various sites regularly and be comfortable visiting our offices to engage with the rest of the team.


The interview will process will consist of a call from our recruitment team, followed by an online interview and a formal meeting on site for successful applicants.
