This role will be based out of our NaturalMotion Games studio, based in Central London. At NaturalMotion, we embrace a hybrid work environment.

Within this role, you would work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home.

Job Purpose:

Our mission at Zynga is to connect the world through games.

We are looking for a Producer for the Creative Marketing group to manage multiple projects and build trust with our internal and external partner teams.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with senior producers, art leads, designers, motion artists, videographers, 3D artists, capture artists, and copywriters
  • Host meetings, compile notes, and clearly communicate to stakeholders and team members
  • Resource tickets to artists according to bandwidth and skillset
  • Understand scope of creative work and track how long each creative task takes
  • Keep Jira up to date and clear
  • Create tickets, assign, groom, and deliver all tickets on time and without mistakes
  • Learn to create reports from Jira (dashboards, filters, rich filters, automations, ticket creation, kanban boards, etc)
  • Own the creative delivery process and complete it promptly and accurately
  • Solve problems and blockers quickly and thoroughly
  • Provide regular project status updates to all our stakeholders
  • Work globally across multiple Game Skus and manage a range of priorities
  • Assist with cost estimation and budgeting
  • Organise files, document timelines, and identify potential risks with proposed solutions
  • Help the Production Team plan and prioritise tasks based on business needs

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Project management experience in marketing
  • Experience working with project management related tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated
  • Collaborative and adaptable
  • Ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and keep the team motivated
