We are looking to recruit an experienced employability tutor to support delivery across Blackburn with Darwen.

We are specifically looking for people who have excellent knowledge and sound experience of delivering both accredited and non-accredited adult community learning to learners face to face and online including those with additional learning needs.


We are looking for someone who is able to design and deliver innovative teaching to engage, stretch, challenge and motivate learners.


You should also have experience of quality processes including Observations of Teaching, Learning and Assessment (OTLAs), Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement (RARPA) and a good knowledge of Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework.
