The Tenancy Services Team is a busy customer facing service responsible for delivering tenancy management service to residents of over 5,700 Council homes across the borough from two area offices which each serve both urban and rural areas

The tenancy team:

Welcome applicants to their new home
Deliver a tenancy sustainment approach to ensure our residents can effectively manage their home.
Investigate and resolve tenancy complaints

We are looking to recruit a Tenancy Officer to work within our Tenancy Services Team.

Within this role you will be the first point of contact for tenants offering advice and support to enable them to maintain their tenancy.

Undertaking home visits and property inspections are a core function of the post. We require an individual to identify property defects and support requirements for our residents to sustain their tenancies.

A flexible approach is required in this demanding role as we are always looking at new ways of working to meet the needs of our tenants and to respond to the challenges of maintaining our estates.
