About the Role:


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points
  • Design and prototype new service experiences
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to implement and test new services
  • Measure and evaluate the success of new services

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 34 years of experience in service design
  • Experience working on projects at both the alpha and beta stages
  • Experience in the public and third sector is desirable
  • Experience with GDS principles and assessments
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Rate:
£375 per day
