Today we employ circa 350 employees across Europe and are fast building a reputation of providing cost effective solutions to our clients delivering construction projects to the highest standards.

Due to significant growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team at our HQ in Toome.

As part of our Recruitment team, our end-to-end recruitment processes in-house will be managed by you, including advertising, direct sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Main Duties

Collaborate with the recruiting team to create effective recruitment strategies
Participate in job fairs and career events
Liaising with management to identify recruitment needs
Using a range of software packages
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures
Any other duties as requested or required by the Managing Director._

Essential Skills/criteria

Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Experience in a sales role or another customer facing role
Experienced in working toward targets
The ability to multitask and prioritise
Excellent professional attitude
Keen to learn with a keen interest in selfdevelopment
Adaptable and flexible in your approach to your working day
Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly IT literate
Eager to learn new skills and systems

Desirable

Experience in a similar industry/role
Staffing/recruitment experience, ideally in the construction industry
