    Job Title: Clinical Specialist

    Territory: Cambridgeshire & East Anglia

    This role is perfect for someone who wants to work with a great company in the world of orthopaedic implants. You'll be fully trained in all procedures and will have the chance to rapidly progress to a Sales Associate, then Territory Manager - both rewarding career paths.

    • You will provide clinical support to sales activity across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia.
    • In this role, you'll offer training to theatre-based staff in the NHS and private sector.
    • Working closely with the territory salesperson and Regional Manager, you'll engage with key accounts in the area and develop relationships that will benefit your long-term career.
    • As the extended eyes and ears of the company, you'll provide referrals, product feedback, user experiences, competitor insights, and sales leads to colleagues within the business.
    • You'll collaborate with your team and manager to assist with the growth of the territory.
    • You will travel to hospitals across the territory but may also attend exhibitions or key events in other areas.
    • You'll become a product expert and trusted advisor to surgeons across your geographical territory.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in the medical sector. The ideal person will have a strong knowledge of MSK / Anatomy & Physiology and experience in customer-facing roles.

    The Ideal Person

    • A Physician Associate, ODP, Physio, Scrub, or Osteopath looking to transition to a commercial role in the medical sector.
    • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
    • A strong knowledge of MSK / Anatomy & Physiology is essential.
    • Some knowledge of orthopaedic surgical procedures is beneficial but not essential.
    • You must live in the Cambridge or Norwich areas or be willing to relocate at your own expense.
    • A full UK driving licence is required.
    • Right to work in the UK is vital and no sponsorship is available.

    This role offers a competitive salary, bonus, company car, pension, private healthcare, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
